The black hat: Critical thinking, risk assessment, problems, skepticism, describing criticism and fears, objective attitude
The yellow hat: Optimistic thinking, what is the best-case scenario, speculative attitude
The green hat: Creative, associative thinking, new ideas, creativity, constructive attitude
The blue hat: Organizing, moderating thinking, overview of processes, big picture attitude

5-Finger- Feedback
Objective:
Feedback
Procedure:
Thumb: "What content did I particularly like?"
Index finger: "I noticed this, and I wanted to mention it."
Middle finger: Content that the participants did not like so much.
Ring finger: Connections that can be made with the course—for example, content that is similar to what has been learned, or contexts in which the new information can be used.
Little finger: Content that was not covered sufficiently in the course and that the participants would have liked to see dealt with in more detail.
Change of Aattitude
Objective:
To avoid long periods of sitting in online courses
Procedure:
Display a figure in different poses in the corner of PowerPoint slides
Ask participants to move in accordance with the figure
